The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sittin’ Pretty from
any claims, damages, loss, injury or expense (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of the use of the
Sittin’ Pretty rental items by the renter, renter’s guests, agents of the renter, and all others who are working
for or with the renter. The renter will use the rental items for the purpose for which they were designed and not for any
other purpose.
The renter also agrees to be held responsible for any damages to the
rented items, including but not limited to rented items being destroyed, lost, stolen, or seized. The renter agrees
to pay any and all reasonable costs of repair or damages to the chair covers and/or sashes occurring during the use of the
chair covers and/or sashes.
Sittin' Pretty will deliver the rental items to the event location
no sooner than 24 hours prior to the event and will place the chair covers and/or sashes on the designated chairs. At
the conclusion of the event, chair covers and/or sashes are to be removed by renter and placed into provided bags. Sittin' Pretty will pick up the rental items from
the event location or another agreed upon location within one to two business days following the event.
Please
confirm the number of items needed and contact Sittin' Pretty with a final count no later than 14 days prior to the event,
at which time final payment will be determined. Payment in full must be made 10 days prior to the event.
All
checks are made payable to: Sittin' Pretty.
Any cancellations must be made at least two
months prior to the event date. The renter agrees that the deposit due at signing is non-refundable.
